Exchange
- We allow a one-time exchange per product category to ensure you find the perfect fit and better understand our brand's sizing.
- Exchange request will be offered within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Customer is responsible for sending the product back to us for processing.
- To initiate an exchange, please email us at contact@nattygarb.com, provide all the necessary details.
- No exchange request will be catered for the sale orders.
Return
- Email us at contact@nattygarb.com including your order number and clear details of the defect.
- For defective items, we will arrange for the product to be picked up by our logistics team.
- Once we receive the defective item, we will promptly inspect it and provide a resolution.
- No return request will be catered for the sale orders.
Annual brand sale rules:
- All sales are final Please note that items purchased during the sale are non- refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged. Please refer to the size guide while placing your orders.
- No cash on delivery Cash on delivery is not available for sale orders. All orders must be prepaid
- Discount exclusions : Existing store credits and coupon codes will not be valid during the sale period
- Customer assistance : For any inquiries or assistance, please reach out to us via our email (contact@nattygarb.com) for the quickest response.
- Shipping : The team will be devotedly working towards shipping all your orders in batches.
- We won't be able to oblige any express shipping requests during the sale period.
- Packaging : Sale orders will be packed differently from our usual Natty Garb Box packaging
